maybe the title is a bit odd but really I dont really know how to ask this. So allow me to elaborate. I want a book in game, that when the book is in your inventory you get the ability to craft a special set of armor and weapons, in the same way that Cassandra Frost witch Outfit by nsk13 and the bikini armors of nisetanaka do. The idea is to reduce the stuff in the smithing menu and make it a little bit more interesting to get, also that a character that does not have high smithing can craft the armor. For what I can tell by cheking the mods of nsk13 and nisetanaka, maybe having the book in the player inventory adds a perk to craft the armor, and removing the book, removes the perk. But I am not sure how to do that. So please can anybody help me, any advice, guide, or help is appreciate.

So I have tried for a few days to make this mod work properly, (it is a shop that sells armor and stuff http://mods.missanithrope.com/oblivion/mercantile/abbotsford/) for some reason when I use this mod the floor and some architecture disappears but all the equipment works ok, I am very frustrated right know since I couldn't do it. The only reason for why I want this mod is for a couple of outfits. I was thinking if there is a way to extract this outfits from the mod, since I dont really care about the store or the weapons, just the outfits. like make a new mod using someone elses meshes and textures, I am not uploading this things as mine or taking the credit for it..... I just want to use it in my game. It doesn't matter if I can't add these outfits in a clever way, it is ok if I had to use the console in order to get the outfits. so can you please extract the armor from this mod and make it a separate mod with just the outfits or can someone teach me how to do it myself. also I am sorry for my grammar, english is not my mother lenguage
