  1. Any luck with this project, or has it been put on hiatus for now?
  2. Technically, before Fallout 3, most cars in Fallout were pretty normal. If oversized. There's Ford Thunderbirds in Fallout 1. The Highwayman, which is a Plymouth Fury, in 2. They intended to have a Volkswagon in another game, and had an Impala in Van Buren I believe. 3 exaggerated the style a bit more, same with 4. But you can still see normal cars in Fallout, like the pickup truck in New Vegas. Plus the normal bus and jeep in Fallout 76. So they're not really that out of place in my opinion.
  3. Gosh, the Gran Destino looks amazing as does Barracuda. Have you considered adding in some Greaser hotrods too? Like the one on the cover of the first issue of Hot Rodder? Or perhaps some of the other cars from Fallout 1/2, like the original coupe or one of the truck models? Other things worth looking at in terms of sports cars would be stuff like the Chevrolet Stingray Racer and Mako Shark. Be nice to see a class Corvette-like car.
  4. *update* I am not the best artist, but I decided to created a little symbol for the station. I wish I could attach it,but it wont let me. I still need voice actors, and I am not sure whether I should keep posting here, or create a mod entry one the nexus with no files but a discription and request for help.
  5. *Update* I know its been only an hour since I posted, but I decide to attempt this mod dispite my lack of knowlage of the GECK. I already have 8 songs ready, thanks to Marxists.org, which are: 1. Bravely, comrades, to arms 2. If Tomorrow War comes 3. Invincible and Legendary 4. March of the defenders of Moscow 5. Moscow in May 6. Soviet Anthem- 1944 version 7. We Shall Fight Bravely 8. White Army, Black Baron The site did not have all of the songs with english traslations, so I dont know if all of them dont match the Fallout atmosphere. Now, I just need to get the radio setup and scripted then get some voice actors and we are set for the USSA Radio to get underway!

I see, hmm, I guess I could just not use the C&C music and focus on mainly 1950-60s russian marches as well as some songs from the Russian Civil War, since a few songs promote the Russian goverment/military without mentioning things like the white movement. Thanks for the help, if I can figure out the GECK, it will accually produce the this mod, if I can get voice actors, since I do a pretty bad russian accent. If any of you want to voice act if I can get the music and other nessery materials needed for this mod, please let me know by posting here or PMing me.
  7. Hmm, my third mod idea post and not even a reply for almost a month. Are my ideas really that bad? Come on, I thought this was accually my most orignal idea. But fine, I guess I was wrong, screw the idea.
  8. I was listening to the Red Alert 3 theme the other day while playing a mod which puts a soviet base in the wasteland. I gave me an interesting idea for a comical/communist radio station. It combines the comedy of the Red Alert series with a communist spewing radio station that broadcasts songs from the Motherland! I already have an Idea for a couple broadcast intros, dialoge, and songs, as well as the cast. Cast ___________ DJ: Captain Vladimir Romanov Crew: Private.Alexander Kukov Colonel.Boris Volkov Lt.Natasha Zhana Dialoge __________ When the player first tunes in- "Am I on, Good, greetings Americans, my name is Captain.Vladimir Romanov, and I am broadcasting from a secrect location to bring to you hope and to know that someone is accuatally out there who cares about you and wants to return the world to glory. We promise you we will prevail and to prove it, we will put posters everywhere that say we will! And we will also broadcast glorious songs from the motherland, like this one, enjoy comrades!" One time event randomly in broadcast- "*muffled chuckles* Hello comrades, my name is Boris Volkov, and I am going to play a joke on the Captain by letting you listen in on his "private briefing" with Leutendant.Nathasha Zhana. Here you go. Oh, and dont worry, I turned the translator on*Shuffling as the mircophone is put into place* Oh Natasha, you have such beautiful eyes, I would give you all of America if I could just stare at your eyes.   10. Thanks, I had that problem with the tes construction set, I think its based on the mods you have, since aftter i got a few mods for oblivion and it stopped working. Anyway, thanks for comment
  11. After a few hours of thinking I came up with a very cool mod idea, hope you like it. Intro In 2274 they arrived in Point Lookout. They set up shop and started killing off the Swampfolk, they have never had trouble with them, always quick and easy kills. Three years later, supplies stopped coming. Renforcements, food, water...gone. Then it happened. The swampfolk,who had always been easy targets, started slaugtering patrols. Eventually, they reach the base. A distress call is sent out. Are you going respond to these people. The people that have slaugered thousands, captured many others....and killed your father. The Enclave... But,maybe, just maybe, there is someone out in the swamps that more of a threat. Someone that is a known enemy of you, the Enclave, everyone....looks like you will need to learn chinese. Main plot After reciving a distress call, you have a choice, kill the Enclave survivors, or join the in a fight against an enemy as old as Fallout it self. Along the way you unravel a plot to wip out the americans interly and gain access to top secret Enclave tech that has never been seen before, such as orbital strike laserguider, Railcannon,Bomber Veribirds, and more.   12. Thanks Ill Try It when it comes out. Also, I have no experiance with the Construction set so I would be little help with creating this mod, but if someone starts the mod I could create character names, dialoge and such. Anyway, thanks for the coment.
  13. I noticed the lack of any mods involving colonys like raven rock. So after thinking I got an idea. Ill divide it into parts to make it easier to read. Requirments (for player, not modders): to have aleast 50 fame and alot of money for colony devlopment Part 1 After the discover of a large island off the coast of Anvil by the Imperial Navy, you receive a letter from the Factor of the Imperial Trading Company, Nathanel Arkatson, that after hearing of your heroic deeds, he believes your are the only person capable to settle a colony on the island. After you head to the Anvil docks and board one of the three ships heading to the colony (it does not have and effect on game play beside on who you make friends with during the short time your at sea) after boarding you sleep and then are a wakened by your bunk mate (based on the ship, I have not named them yet) for breakfast,lunch or dinner (based on the time of your departure). after eatting and meeting that ships crew and passengers, you head back to bed. and the once again you are a waken, this time by the captain and he tells you that the ship has reached land Part 2 You leave the ship by row boat and land at an empty cove. The settlers name the new colony Hope and constuction starts. You and three others must go out and gather some logs to build shelter. After that you have plow the fields and plant crows. After that you can rest or continue to work depending on the time. Next you have to train some of the Settlers to be Soldiers. Then you must gather more wood to build a wall, forge,clinic and a dock. After that You build a trading post, after which the settlers start demanding wage (hence the need for money). Soldiers wages:100 Farmers wages:25 Smith wages:75 Lumberjack wages:50 Trader wages:115 Hunter wages:15. Shipments for the mainland start arriving and you recivie profets from sales at the trading post. Part 3 Your colony starts to expand into the forest surrounding the cove. Some native animals attack some workers and you have to help save and take them to the clinic. Shortly After this an Imperial Trading Company ship arrives and a represetive speaks to you and declares that the Imperial Trading Company is taking command of the Colony and you are no longer a member of the Imperial Trading Company. You now have a choice. A week later, due to a large lose of men to the local wildlife, the Imperial Trading Company is willing to hire you back. Or you could take advantage of their lack of man power to spark a revolution to gain indepedance from the Imperial Trade company. Getting hired makes you take some mission eventually giving you control of the Colony and then indepenace when the Imperial Trading Company leaves, believing they cant make a profet from the colony. Revolution leads to the bankruptcy of the Imperial Trading company and full control over trade in the region. Congratuations. Features A city that slowly develops from wooden shacks to a full blow city Animal attacks on city Profet from the citys trade 2 new factions A port alive with ships that arrive and leave with time Hope you liked it.
