If some one gets shot, should they not bleed? If you cut them with a machete, will they not bleed? Some one, if it is at all possible, should add a debuff to make getting shot, cut, and blown up, worse. Depending on the wound you should either bleed fast then feint if not given stimpack/medical aid if the hit was in an important place (A headshot in the beginning of the game damn near killed you right?), or bleed out slowly if the hit was less vital/deadly. There should be a blood trail from where you got shot/cut/blown up, to where ever you go for a short while after you get hurt. Also if it is possible, my new toon has a calling card, when he kills some one he removes there arms/legs and moves them into a makeshift star. Would it be possible to make there be a lot more gore involved in cutting people after they are dead? If it's possible I think it would be a great realism tweak.
