  1. I'm using moonlight tales, could that be breaking the survival hunger bar? I can feed all day long as werewolf and the hunger bar doesn't move,
  2. Okay so feeding as a werewolf is meant to restore hunger. But it's not working for me. Would moonlight tales be breaking that?
  3. I'm asking because I can;t seem to find a clear answer. In my game feeding as a werewolf does not lower the hunger bar. If it's meant to i'd like to troubleshoot it. Thanks for any help guys.
  4. Hi guys, I just started to have an issue today where upon speaking to the captain at the windhelm docks about using his boat to get to solstheim, during the cut scene where the boat is moving towards raven rock docks, when the boat reaches the dock the ship suddenly vanishes and my character is locked in place unable to move. This is the first time I've ever experienced this issue. I thought it could be a mod problem but looking around on the internet I found the very same problem dating to way back. I've actually over come this bug this morning just by fast traveling away from windhelm and coming back again, this time it completed the cut scene, but still froze for a moment, then started act normally and I was able to carry on my game. I just want to know if anyone has any idea what causes this problem because I'd like to avoid it for further play throughs and I worry it might cause an issue later on in my game? I originally thought it could be better vampires and the mortals mask causing the issue because during the cut scene on the boat my mortals mask was running out, to which I would become hated by the NPCS and my skin changes from a mortal appearance to a vampire. But I disabled "always hated" and the problem persisted on multiple attempts. As I say fast traveling away and back again seemed to fix it, kind of. As in i was able to continue my game but it still froze for a good 10 seconds. I heard it could be something to do with a animation bug to do with dawnguard? Just hoping anyone here knows this bug, it's causes and how to prevent it happening again. Many thanks for any insight. Cheers.
  5. Because I like the music, also in Oblivion the music change lets you know you've aggroed an enemy. I tried turning it off, and it's just not the same without it.
  6. http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Sound_issues Did find this information. Seems the fix might be having to get a dedicated sound card. Oblivion hates integrated sound.
  7. Ha, I asked for that didn't I. I mean GOTY (whatever) game of the year. As I'm sure you know... :p
  8. I have a really odd problem right now, as the title says, after 10 minutes of flawless normal play in oblivion, my music starts to stutter, beep and pop. I googled it and I found others had the same problem, but among all the suggestions, nothing seems to be working. I have tried editing the .ini file with suggestions made by people in the recent past on the internet. But again nothing seems to work. It's worth mentioning this is not a mod issue, as I have zero mods installed, this is 100% vanilla. I am running the game on steam with the GOTYE which includes all the dlc and expansions. I have a modern computer and all my other games do not have this problem, except for morrowind! (I noticed the sound popping on that yesterday as well) The only way I can make it stop right now is to close the game, and open it again. Then that buys me 10 more minutes of peace with the music playing normally. It seems to be just the music which is is displaying the issue, the other sounds like character noise, weapons, magic and npc dialog sounds are fine. Hoping others have had the problem and worked out a fix. Please share what you know or any ideas that might help me solve this! Thank you.
  9. You're absolutely correct. That was the issue. Thank you. I've never had that happen with NMM before, so I never thought to simply expand the column. :)
  10. Edit: Okay I installed the newest version. I originally messed up and installed it to the wrong directory. But after realizing my error and correcting it the new version is working and all my mods still seems to be intact. However....I have noticed one problem, for some odd reason all my mods titles in NMM are not listed in the complete form. Everything has been shortened down to the first 2 letters of the word. Then when you look in the sub folder for each mod it's just a single word. Is this normal???
  11. Thank you all for the information. I had no idea. I am bang in the middle of a massive dragonborn legacy play through, so I don't think I will risk updating just yet. If my game blows up i'd be super upset. I could manually download the mod file and then add the file to NMM manually and it will install okay with my old version right? Thank you again for your replies guys.
  12. I keep getting this message when I try to login to the download manager. I just wanted to download a small spell mod today. I know my password is right because I can log into this site. And I checked my firewall rules and NMM has all the green lights. My NMM version is 0.63.13 Is it because the version is too old? And if so, if I update my NMM will it uninstall all my mods like last time? I dread updating it. I do not want to screw my game up. Never normally have this issue.
  13. I don't use convenient horses on my SE game. But thanks for the suggestion. As for the FPS and adjusting the .ini. Could you elaborate further on what you mean and how to adjust it? It's not a major problem, it just seems that when ever the game loads up with me on a horse it freaks out. After about 20 hours more game play since I've not noticed any other problems, except for jumping plates and dishes on tables. So i'm thinking you may be right about the fps thing.
  14. Hi guys, I have a strange problem that only started to occur today. Earlier today while playing my character on skyrim SE I saved the game and quit out. I happened to save the game while mounted on my horse. Anyway later on I decided to just install old skyrim and set up some basic mods for it like skse and skyui etc. (because I am planning to make a requiem play through when I am done with this skyrim SE play through) Then tonight I start up skyrim SE and load up my save and suddenly me and my horse are flying around in the sky, after re loading a few times I realized I could get off the horse quickly before it started to fly around chaotically, and then everything returns to normal. Once I dis mount and re mount the problem goes away. I tried making one new save while mounted, and one new save while not mounted and found that the problem re occurs when mounted but acts normal when I am not mounted. Does anyone know what the hell is going on here??? The only thing I can think of is the obvious change, when I installed old skyrim and skse and skyui. But I made sure NMM was set up to install the mods for the Skyrim Folder not the Skyrim SE folder. And I used the skse installer to install itself and made sure it installed to the Skyrim folder NOT the Skyrim SE folder. I am worried that something bad has happened to my Skyrim SE, I could just not save the game mounted, but this hiccup has me worried that I've screwed something up. If anyone has any idea, please let me know. Thanks.
