So, I have no idea how to create mods, or even if this can be done. Is there a way to make a new menu for workbenches that will allow you to select multiple items at one time for the purpose of scrapping it all in one go?

So, I don't like it when rando NPCs in my settlements decide they want to take a ride in my power armor on the off chance I'm not in it and the settlement gets attacked....
To that end I take out the fusion cores when I leave my power armor... But I am also an idiot and frequently forget to transfer the partially used fusion core back into the armor.
To that end, I was hoping someone that is smarter than me and, ostensibly knows how to create a mod, could make something that will prioritize the use if partial fusion cores before it loads up a fresh one.
I tried to see if there was something like that already, but alas, did not find anything.
Thanks in advance for anything you smart people can do.

So I have found myself getting back into NWN 1 recently and i decided that i wanted to fiddle with a character concept i have been tossing around with my RP group... A whip dual wielding something (in this case rogue) however the game wont let you dual wield whips.
I have seen a few things that say you can modify the base item to allow other things or change damage around and have done that to no avail.
So I have a question for the peanut gallery. Can any of you figure out how to make this work? The whip in NWN 1 shows that it cannot be wielded in the off hand but is there a mod or simple change that can be made to allow this?
Please let me know if you find any solution to allow it or a mod that makes it so. Thanks guys,
