Can you describe where and how the crash occurs? Also check the load order of your bigger mods. BOSS is not perfect.

Can you post your mod load order?

Run Tes5 Edit and then sort out your load order you might be overriding the mod because of that.

Disable Open cities skyrim mod. Download and run tes 5 edit, if no errors than download wrye bash and make a merged patch and put it last in your load order. Run tes5 edit again. Make a new save and try.

Put bashed patch last of your load order and Try Disabling ETAC.

Interior havoc being broken is probably because you have too much FPS you should limit your FPS to 60 from enblocal.ini or it could be a loadorder conflict. Also Use Tes5 Edit to see if any mods are conflicting, missing masters or need loadorder adjustment. BOSS is not perfect at this and I got to ask, did you read BOSS notes for spesific mods? You should check those out aswell. You also can try disabling Deadly spell impacts, it caused crashes every time magic was used in my game. To clean mods with TES5Edit is actually very simple for most part. Watch this and apply it to other mods which BOSS gives dirty edits.

Play with charger on. Also, look for option to change GPU for Skyrim in ATI control panel.

I use ATI6900 4gigs ram windows 7 32 bit and intel i5. I play it on ultra with optimized hd pack.
