  1. Started work on the puppet. Someone already made the suit as part of a Vault Suit pack on the nexus. Here are some WIP pics of the puppet. Let me know what you think. 3rd Person1st Person
  2. Askong72, we will only need wrecked models for the power plants at this point. if we end up needing more we can always go back and make em.
  3. that "crab thing" is the command center. idk if we should use that exact model though. i mean cnc3 was ok. but yeah.... and about the temple.before you even go thinking about doing the temple i need to know how well you know the command and conquer universe. because the temple needs to be an enterable building and the inside needs to be somewhat similar to that of how it is in Command and Conquer: Renegade.

  5. don't listen to him. you are doing fine. he never played cnc i bet so he doesn't understand actually how acurate that looks. he is probably dissing the texture which we can always change. no need to argue with him he's not worth your time.

  8. first off im using the story from dawn and sun. im using some buildings and armors from 3 besause they are more practical. and this will be a full mod not just armor. it's easier to get people starting off with the modeling while i work out the kinks in the story and basically do all the story line work. And about the whole "how will you make the story" thing i plan to use the same exact story that you are presented in the games. I plan to even use the mission briefings from the games as quest dialogue. not sure how that'll work out. i'll let you know when i'm done with that part. plus. i've encountered an issue. my laptop crapped out and i had to send it to get repaired. i saved the files on an external hard drive but i cant continue modeling and coding until my laptop gets back to me. sorry=[
  9. lol no you're lookin at it the wrong way. ok think of fallout as a church. now idk about you but the priests wont let me unleash hell in a church and commit mass murder while hailing satan. similar concept. i'm that priest trying to stop homocidal satan worshipers from invading the church lmao. btw i rlly dont care about the mod. i think he's doing a great job. just you guys are fun to argue with. =]

  13. first off the story will be mainly based around cnc1 and tiberian sun. also, i have models for GDI armors in progress.

  15. I was searching through the HUGE list of topics on the forums when I came across a few that when compiled together would make my I am Legend mod so simple to do. That's great, for some maybe but not for me. For me this was a disappointment. So I have decided to bury my idea into a dark abyss from which it shall probably never return. But instead I will be picking up on a mod a friend of mine suggested a few months ago, and that would be a Command and Conquer Mod! How will this go about? One might be temped to ask and this is my answer: 1.The Enclave will be turned into the Brotherhood of Nod, their names will say such, they will introduce themselves as such, and they will be recognized as such. 2.The Brotherhood of Steel will become the Global Defense Initiative, their names will say such, etc. 3.Weapon Models will be changed. Mostly minor model editing. 4.I will add fields of Tiberium which will give +10 rad/s 5.The player will be able to side with either the Nod or GDI forces and play through a completely new storyline. 6.No longer fear the normal beasts of the wastes but instead now fear such mutations as Viceroys, Tiberium hounds, and (after Mothership Zeta dlc) the Scrin! Dlc Changes: 1.Mothership Zeta- The ship will contain the Scrin instead of the usual aliens. Weapon Changes: 1.Nuclear explosion effect will be changed with a custom effect that causes the creation of tiberium. Coming in contact with a human will not kill them but instead change them into Viceroys, contact with dogs will turn them into tiberium hounds. Tell me what you think, CnC lovers feel free to throw in further ideas!
