  1. Depends on how much Free Speech they are and if they allow Free Journalism and News or play any other Political role to control News. btw. There is a New Ukranian Crisis evolving at the moment with situations around the Balkans and the Black Sea. Same time Russian Investors are pulling off their Investements in Balkan countries although its done almost silently. Something's breeding up there. So if a social media site does what Facebook does and tries to control and supress such News due to the Site being involved with Political centers then no and people should avoid using them.
  2. Aside from ESO (Love its Sieges and Guild Warfare) there is nothing like it due to all the Modding Capabilities you have here. That's also the reason so many bring Content from other Games here in Skyrim. You may like Black Desert Online though bit flashy combat. Really worth playing. Crazy Engine/ Visuals and Physics that one. High Performance. Crazy Korean industry game developers. Doubt the West will ever catch up. You might like Dark Souls but its a different beast. For Honor is good and quick nice experience. If you want more open world and don't mind Crafting you could try Conan Exiles but you'll get bored of it quickly. Consider it a Minecraft Hybrid with Adult Servers lol LOTR War in the North is a very nice experience. Dragons Dogma is ok too. Personally i find Dragon Age the closest and a pretty good experience. Of course playing through the Witcher Series is worth it. You might also like DemonSouls which is technically a New Dark Souls. You could try out Kingdom Come Deliverance or even Chivalry 2 (My favourite Medieval Multiplayer Game) and New World. Assasin's Creed and God of War as a quick experience. In any case, there is nothing like Skyrim due to all its modding capabilities. Personally my favourites are Mount and Blade Warband, haven't checked Bannerlord and the Total War Series which is RTS I also used to be part of Secret World Legends and Age of Conan for a few years but they are abandoned by the company. In short only Witcher and Dragon Age came close to how Skyrim felt for me and the Fallout series in a different non medieval setting. All we can do is wait for Skyblivion i guess and then for TES6 lol
  3. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21294?tab=posts Try and post it to its Page. Also make sure you are on version SSE v 1.5.97 while using .Net Script Framework first.
  4. For the Game to cause this provided you are on 1.6.342 at least (some earlier versions had black screen issues) or latest 1.6.353 its almost impossible. At first as recommended above i would check Task Manager. You can always find background tasks going on during that time and eliminate them. I would make sure PC isn't performing a System Image Backup and make sure to control these processes. I do the Backup task Weekly. I would check Firewall and other Tasks/ Resources used especially Anti Viruses. I wouldn't run an Anti Virus while playing as long as i can make sure my system is protected. I would perform a memory Defragmentation. I do this check every 2-3 months or so sometimes i need to do it sometimes not. After that i would make a check, every month of Visual Studio/ Java/ NetFramework/ Drivers and other apps to make sure everything is working correctly or even updated. I would also take a look into Browsers and possible Auto Updates. Lastly Hardware resource managements and status to make sure everything is ok. PSU/ Disk Drives/ Temperature etc. If all the above works correctly then i would try a simple System Restore Point, going up to date quickly. Should take an hour at max and retest. But before any of this i would try a Steam Re-Installation of Skyrim while also making sure all the above work indeed correctly.
  5. This is something Bethesda must address since they don't actually give us the option to deactivate them which of course is counterproductive for modded load order due to how many they are. Otherwise we can just search the Nexus for New Lands Modders Resource mods and install them all till the game slows down. I mean what were they thinking ''Its ESL shouldn't be a problem'' Yeah ok, lets just install every ESL out there and have a thousand mods active just because lol Sooner or later they must address this issue. Now there is also this .bat file https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/58783 that can help. Personally, i just downgraded the last days. There are a few gamebreaking bugs and they still need addressing = new updates = broken saves. So once they are, i'll upgrade and stay with that version till i do a New Save/ Playthrough. If of course NetScriptFramework dependant mods find alternatives to work.
  6. Only one tip. Any Civil War type themed mod ended up broken not because its impossible to make such mods but because they tinkered to much with the base game records or gone over what is safe to be handled by the Engine. So there is one safe way to do such content: Add to the base game without even relying on triggers from certain Main Quests. An example: You need Balgruuf for a Quest of the mod. Its safe to add a New Quest non dependant of Vanilla conditions to the Jarl with completely new triggers/ conditions. Another example: Skyrim at War did a good job of implementing Unit mechanics that could as well be a new follower framework system. All it needed was separate Quest addon objectives and Units to be positioned/ activated once you enter the Cell so a Battle happens with a certain amount of NPCs the Engine can handle and they would act based on objectives that would function on par of Civil War battle objectives but as another separate Quest running without their Navmeshes interferring with Vanilla Navmeshes. Its safe then, after the Base Game doesn't need an NPC or a background Task or any ''trigger'' to make your mod update/ close their Quest such as making them die or making them move out of a hold and be replaced by another ruler to have your quest finalize/ reflect the changes it makes. Only then. Thats why the Quest Mod 2nd Great War was quite succesfull and working since it didn't change anything from the Base Game's Civil War. Of course its changes are made after the Civil War conclusion. So in order to have changes during the Civil War all you need to remember, is to add and have everything be separated from Vanilla Conditions and the Ambition will just work, no matter the Updates to the Game or SKSE or USSEP version. The only other thing that is necessary for maximum compatibility beyond that the Mod most be structured independently from Vanilla Skyrim is adding its own NPCs to be used to fullfill its various conditions. As long as you wont need a particular Vanilla NPC and his/hers Vanilla functions in a certain hold for example, its safe to have a duplicate NPC perform all that while the former vanishes. This is to ensure they wont be overidden by other mods and wont require constantly Patches. Of course this isn't always possible though... For location Captures check out Fort Framework and Realistic Conquering. Its simply great. At least that's all i know... I am actually trying to learn some stuff (Minor 3D Modeling for Armor Parts/ NPC Behavior and Quest Implementation) motivation has been unique Boss Character encounter and some armor but its more for having them in my Game instead of creating mods in general, i am not tech savvy so to speak nor have any proffesional interest into it so no idea what i might or not do.
  7. I was so overhyped and happy about the fact when launching the game i immediately noticed faster loading times and i am pretty sure Scripts run faster with the new visual studio. Overall it feels like a better game in that regard but don't expect wonders. Pretty much everything else is the same. There are a few Bugs there and there that are fixed through incoming updates and of course the Unofficial Patch and other Projects. Which means you're going to have to constantly re-update your game. This is the downside. It can introduce a multitude of issues with highly modded Save Games. I know that because even while i lack any serious CK Knowledge, i tinker with mods alot in SSEedit do merges/ patching and changes/ modifications to downloaded content. If you really want to upgrade the rule of preventing Steam Auto Updates still applies to avoid Save Games breaking. Which means stick with the version you started the Save Game until you roll another save. This also comes at the cost of living with unfixed bugs. Because not all are fixed and it will take a while till they are. Thats why i have to roll back  until version 1.6+ reaches a point where its as Stable/ Clean and Safe as 1.5.97 or there are at least Mods addressing these issues. There is another final issue that troubled me: The CC content being forcefully loaded and unable to be disabled. Bethesda must address this issue. Now, on to find the old USSEP file. Pretty sure someone had posted a link to the archived version...
  8. Just checked. Nice feature. How safe is it? I never tried that with any game and since its an HDD i don't fully trust it. This is something entirely new for me.
  9. Thats the thing. Your Mod Manager propably has all the mods already as files stored somewhere. Its perfectly safe to re-install Skyrim since you changed the drive and re-activate the mods via mod manager provided they are stored somewhere. If using NMM Community Edition instead of MO2 or Vortex its the same. You can just grab the Mod files you installed and move them somewhere and reinstall again and they will work as before. Only thing that will need reinstallation are files stored in the Data folder or main Directory such as SKSE. Before you do that make sure to install in the files in the same order. Just open the mod manager before doing anything and write the order of installation somewhere such as a .txt file. Re-Installing the Game will be necessary.
