Okay, I think I discovered the problem. I started adding one mod at a time until I ran into the problem again. It was A World of Pain; funny, it worked previously, but now it's crap. Scrapped it, readded everything else, I got a menu screen. Going to actually go in game now and see what happens.

Well, that didn't work. I'm using XP SP3, does that matter?

So... how do I fix this?

hint - you got 3 Which ones? I looked through all of those, and except for the inactive files the rest FMMO says it can't find the files but they're there.

So, yeah, basically... I have a lot of mods I downloaded from the Nexus that I found interesting enough to try out myself, many from the most endorsed list so I figure they gotta be pretty good. However, the game gets as far as the title screen picture of the NCR Ranger yet refuses to load the menu or anything else for that matter. So here's my current load order and all that, I also tried the suggested load order at the bottom and added asterisks to anything not loaded. So, uh, what am I doing wrong? Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Or do you see any issues that need to be addressed first in order to load these mods? Thanks in advance!
