[Game is Freezing randomly]

I have no idea what im doing...some help would be nice...lol

[Game is Freezing randomly]

So I used to run skyrim with like 100 mods, but of course that causes dozens of issues to I scrapped everything and only god a few things...aaaand by a few things I mean like 65 plugins vs my previously 100 and something. Well I know that I can run Skyrim at high graphics with it's base DLCs with no issues so I know it has something to do with one or two of these mods clashing with one another, the list below is from LOOT; which organized my mod list into this, and I wanna know if anyone knows which mods happen to be clashing? Or if they are just buggy by themselves. If you can help out that would be nice, thanks in advance!
