I have this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63860 which reduces the damage dealt from 20% of the original damage value to 0%. However I am too op even though I only have reinforced Sierra madre armour. Is there any way I can make it so that this effect only impacts power armour and nothing else? Can I just go to FNVEdit, create a merge patch and give all power armour a fMinDamMultiplier effect with a value of 0?
