  1. I am having a problem with stuttering and freezes lasting around a minute. I have experience with modding Skyrim but this is a new computer. Graphics settings are on high. This is my mod list for Mod Organizer and system specs. 2. The .ini settings I didn't add where the ones for ultra settings or the ones required for ENBs exclusively. I had the video and the text doc open to be sure I got everything I needed. The .ini files are set up correctly. I was hoping for an .ini tweak to fix the problem. Thank you for the link. It saved me from having to hunt for it on Nexus. It was what I am going to use if I can't find another fix for the problem.
  3. Okay I installed Skrim on my new computer AMD A8-6410 APU laptop with 4g(3.46 useable) Ram with AMD Radeon R5 graphics 2.0 GHz. I run the game on high settings. Used the S.T.E.P. .ini tweak video the newest one to edit my .ini files. MO user. The problem is my character's level line of sight comes to just above the counter tops of bars. I have to look up to see the faces of NPCs. This is not the sneaking glitch in 3rd person I am standing not crouched. I get the height change going into sneak and coming out.
  4. What Mod Manager are you using? Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer? Which version? Both have had a recent update. NMM 0.6 is having some technical issues. Also what is your Graphics Card? You may need to lower your graphics settings if your graphics card is low end.
  5. I ran the installer for Mod Organizer so it should be loaded properly latest version. Mod Organizer is not loading any mods with external installers. The installers just run for over 30 minutes and continue to run. I've tried Project Nevada and MCM. Help Please.
  6. Try loading an earlier save or starting a new game. Verify you game files. Open steam right click skyrim go to the properties at the bottom of the list the click verify.
  7. What mod manager are you using? I know Weyebash can be used as a mod manager. Mod organizer shows conflicting mods in the left pane. Also did you activate all the mods at once? That will cause problems.
  8. It's best to load all mods via MO. That said does the ctd occur at the same spot? Does it occur when you start a new game? Have you sorted your mods with loot?
  9. It's best to load all mods via MO. That said does the ctd occur at the same spot? Does it occur when you start a new game? Have you sorted your mods with loot?
  10. Use save game cleaner on that save. Be sure to read and follow the instructions otherwise you'll mess up your game. It should clear up the problem.
  11. The step wiki has a video on how to install fnis properly with mod organizer. Search youtube gamer poets fnis for the video.
  12. Did you load all the mods at once? The first thing you need do is unselect all your mods. Then set up a mod testing profile. Reload your mods in groups of 3-5. Play for 20 minutes or so to check stability. Load the next group. Repeat until you run into problems. Deselect the group and load one at a time. Play 20 minutes to find the problem. Continue until you have found all your problem mods.
  13. The Step wiki will help you set. Up mod organizer.
  14. Did you load all of them at once? If so unselect them all and then reload them in groups of 3. By type. Texture mods, combat mods, etc. Set up a mod test profile in nmm since it may require you to start a new game depending on the mods. Down load LOOT and sort your load order.
  15. I am looking for landscape mods. Currently using SFO and am running into freezing and stuutering issues. I'd like a good tree mod and a good grass mod to replace it if I still have the issues after downgrading to the lite version.
  16. Order your load order as follows then see if you have issues Skyrim .esM Update.esm Unofficial update patch Dragon born Unofficial dragon born patch Hearthfires Unofficial hearth fires patch Dawn guard Unofficial dawn guard patch High resolution texture packs Unofficial high resolution patch Unp blessed body The high res packs will sometimes out of order so double check there order.
  17. You will need to download either Nexus Mod manger or Mod organizer. Both are good my preference is Mod Organizer simply because there are plenty of video's on it. The S.T.E.P wiki is good. Videos on youtube. Gamerpoets is the official videos for mod organizer for the S.T.E.P project. Gopher on youtube has a good series on mod organizer as well as a how to use steam mods in mod organizer as well as why you should. Watch gopher's first then the step videos. This will make your modding experience much more enjoyable.
  18. I would like separate mods for both. So if something goes wrong I can uninstall the mod.
  19. I am looking for mods that improve the looks of NPCs. Either a general overhaul or piecemeal like no more blocky faces. I all ready have cbbe and better males. Also what is good way to improve the looks of towns with a limited performance hit?
  20. I know of no mod that removes soul gems. However I do know several mods that make soul gem filling simple. Skyrealism perk trees has a perk in the enchanting tree that allows you to automaticly fill soul gems no need for soul trap. You'll want the balanced. Perk trees. Wintermyst enchantments has an amulet that will fill your highest level soul gem once or twice a day. Smart souls will put the right soul in the right gem. No more petty soul in a grand soul gem. There is a mod that automaticly recharges your weapons

  22. It would also be good to load all the unofficial patches that might help. Also down either Mod Organizer or Nexus Mod Manager. It will make adding mods easy. The Steam Workshop is not a mod ordering app.
  23. Get loot. Follow the instructions for installing it in NMM. Run it to sort you load order. If that doesn't work you'll need to manual sort your load order. To do that trace back to the last needed mod load that one first then the ones that recommended needing the mod keep going until you have the 1st mod you loaded the first time around.
