Hello, I've had this issue for a while and have been losing my mind trying to fix it. I've narrowed it down to being some kind of ENB AO, mesh, issue. When I deactivate AO the lines disappear. I would really like to keep AO on because it makes the game look so much better. I tried switching between several ENB's and kept getting the same lines. Even tried New Vegas Reloaded's AO with no luck. I had a similar issue when modding Skyrim SE but I was able to fix it with a simple .ini tweak that had to do with "shadow bias" or something, which doesn't seem to be a thing in Fallout's .ini Please help!
