Removing advanced tactics didn't work, either in my existing save or when I attempted to start a new file. Does that mean it's a different mod that's causing it, or did AT corrupt some base file? Edit: I tried it with all mods disabled and it still does it. If reinstallation isn't an option, how might I go about restoring my tool tips?

I recently started a new playthrough after a clean install. Patched to 1.04 and added some mods. Most are ones I used in the past no problem. After I started playing though I noticed that roughly half of my skills have no description in the skills panel, and blank tooltips on the hotbar. The only mod I have that should be effecting those is detailed tooltips, but the problem existed prior to that mod. I installed it in hopes it'd fix the issue, but it only changed the ones that were already displaying. I can't find anything in the readme's or comments of the mods I'm using, other then one person who alluded to having the same problem but didn't say what had caused it or how they fixed it (if they did). I've included a list of installed mods below. Any ideas?
