    Does your firewall have a rule blocking NMM?

    Are you using NMM as well? If so, it occurs because NMM updates/upgrades the InstallInfo.xml file. Possibly a few others.

    Something happened like this to me, uninstall the game then reinstall it.

    Pandoras Chest Pandoras chest will become a new Skyrim modification in which will contain the following: Many Quests Interior and Exterior Adventures Voice Acted Characters (POSSIBLY) New Armour + Textures More Spells, weapons etc. I will be working on this a lot and will hopefully successfully complete this mod. More data will be included soon, but for now, this will be the information given. I'll keep you updated, sorry for a very short thread. http://i.imgur.com/qhlYQDg.jpg
