Hi there! I play Oblivion with Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul, and various other graphic related mods. I have been maxing my level so far (i.e. +5, +5, +5). At level 10 i had 95 willpower, and Destruction at 100, Alteration at 78, and restoration at 90. I mastered Alter and Restor to 100 (and so had went up 32 willpower related skill points) but when i leveled up to lvl11. i was awarded no points to willpower! Seeing as all my willpower related skill are mastered i cant even try again next level. Does anyone know why this happened? Is there any way to fix it? A character stats editor perhaps? I appreciate any help you could give me, thanks in advance!
