I like this idea, maybe as well, you can upgrade the safe that holds the items so that it's harder to break into, like, when you get the shop, every is like very easy difficulty to break into. But then you can upgrade the safe to harder difficulties, Also the door into your shop for when you are closed. As well as maybe hire a mercenary like Moira has in her shop.

This would have to require a place near megaton AND tenpenny tower. incase someone blows megaton up.

The armor could give a sneak boost as well as a luck boost since ghosts have cloak and they are snipers. Maybe also explosives boost since they can call in nukes.

You can grab a bunch of baseballs and put them in the rock-it launcher, i suppose it would work the same.

I had an idea while playing Fallout 3, the game could get boring just playing by myself so maybe there can be a mod that allows 2 (or more) people to play over a LAN so they could play, maybe even make a special save file that can be saved to both computers so that the two friends can pick it up later, I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be nice, to make the game more fun.
