I've been getting an error where it tells me to change the game from the change game toolbar item. The problem is, that I have got no idea what that is. Could someone people explain it to me?

When I start Nexus Mod Manager it gives me this error: http://imgur.com/VL9XCnh. I know it's probably nothing, but how do I it?
