So you open up your regulation.bin with yapped. Import Stock Row Names, in case everything is blank. Go to EquipParamWeapon and look for the shield you want to edit. I'm going to use Kite Shield for this example, id: 31000000, yours might be different. Some values are obvious, like Guard Absoption means how much of that damage your blocking will absorb, in this case you'll see a 100, which of course means all that damage will be absorbed. These values are all the way to the right. Special motion category, means the moveset for the shield, like for example you want to give the kite shield the moveset of some other shield like Golden Greatshield. So you could play with that.
