OBSE, Better Cities, DarnifiedUI, Blockhead, Keychain, The Unofficial and Official Patches, Oblivion Character Overhaul, Enhanced Camera, and all of the DLC. I used OBMM to install the OMOD files and used NMM or manually installed the ones with Data files. I'm going to try uninstalling one mod at a time and try to see if they are conflicting somehow, unless I'm being a jackass and I made an obvious mistake. Thanks for the quick reply!

So I bought Oblivion the other day and am enjoying it so far but I can't seem to open my journal w/o the game freezing and me having to restart my PC. Yes, my game is modded and yes I know what I'm doing(mostly). I only have 15 or so mods activated. If it matters the music is still playing but everything else is stilled, I can't alt+tab out, and I can't use the Task Manager to close Oblivion. Any help at all would be appreciated because I want to see how amazing this game really is! Thanks!

So I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling all my mods -_-. Thanks for the help though, much appreciated. Have a good night/day!
