  1. Use WASD. The UI is quite easy to use with WASD. Sometimes it's even faster than Mouse when buying or looking through the inventory. What's up with people rating the game 0 on metacritic because of UI anyway?
  2. Since I am a mage type of character, I might use conjuration to aid in battles. I hear stuff like frost atronachs are great to use... what do you think about conjuration?
  3. You can actually kill insects and birds with weapons? I thought that you could only catch them with E. Bethesda did a great job beyond my expectations with gameplay.
  4. I believe anything done via console stops Steam achievements yes, even changing the POV

Wrong, I changed my POV to 75 and my achievements registered. I also did player.placeatme f 1000 for golden rain... still registered achievemnents.

  5. Ok, when Creation Kit comes out, I might make a mod called Food in Alchemy. It will bring back alchemical effects for food. I can easily get stuff like bread, apples, etc. because they were in previous games. However, Skyrim added more food, such as salmon, or gourd.

I was wondering, what effects should it have? Is there more food? If you want to help, you can do this:

Name of new food added in Skyrim (not cooked or soups)

  6. Well, in Winterhold castle thing, there's a Jarl's wizard in one of the rooms. He has spell times for sale, as well as robes and soul gems.
  7. I'm an imperial battlemage sort of character. I use destruction, mostly flamebolt and flames in 2 hands, but also sword when my magicka runs out. I've been using light armor, but switched to magic robes for regeneration of magicka, I try to avoid getting hit, and no armor = fast movement. I can't get enough magicka for that magic armor spell though. I can however use a ward spell.

Should I just stick to robes, because I'm doing fine, or should I use armor?
