Please help because I'm learning to mod and need an NPC teaching a few spells

So yeah I'd like to know how to make a scroll, book teach a spell that I made. If it's script then tell me how to write it

I don't know but I was using all versions beggining from v20 and v17 and 17 went best(30 mins) but I want Deadly Reflex 6.0 but it needs Nifse which needs 19v :sad:

I marked stick to Oblivion because it might be even better in Oblivion and propably Skyrim will be too hard to mod

I don't know what to do but no it isn't Fallout because there is a kids mod.

Uhh I spawned(yep I'm a cheater) a horde of nearly 100 minotaurs and I fought them with a dagger... 1dmg per hit. Jesus it was sooo boring. At 67(counted) my game crashed...

So I have a really big problem. I have official 1.2 version of Oblivion and whenever I enter another cell or get close to any guard NPC I get an error and my game quits. It happens when I have mods and when I don't have them. I use OBSE 17v and have the original case Oblivion. Any help? I really wanna play my game

Nothing big. Just a little request for a big hall with a teleportation spell so you can have a magazine with an automated item sorter which is safe. I tried to make it but my skill is too fn low. :wallbash:
