  1. What's the first thing you do when you start a new game? Please, don't say "Escape Helgen". I know many people so the same stuff I do, but I hope there will be some interesting answers. I usually raid the wood elf's home in Riverwood and go through Bleak Falls Barrow . After that, it's just adventure.
  2. I don't suppose anyone has seen an inuit walking around in a t-shirt in Greenland? Didn't think so. I bet they have a great tolerance against cold, but come on, they're only people too. When it's cold, people should use warm clothes. All this talk about resistances and immunities is just silly.
  3. Well, I really prefer the freedom that Skyrim gives me. Bioware's good at telling stories, but their games are pretty straight forward, no real freedom. Not even the freedom to jump. I also wouldn't say DA2 has a larger area to explore. I haven't played DA2 through myself, but I just can't believe that possible. In Skyrim, the world is so vast and there's always something to do. I agree with the bosses though, Skyrim's was too easy. As for the DLC, DA2 has been out significantly longer than Skyrim has. Besides, I remember hearing/reading Todd Howard say that the "DLC" they're making would me a bit bigger than the normal DLC. Something like the Shivering Isles in Oblivion. Skyrim was what I originally expected from Dragon Age: Origins. In my opinion, Bethesda did better with the dragons than Bioware did. Aand, as for the graphics, I don't really care. Even though they're nice, I've never needed great graphics. I play Skyrim on low settings, and that's fine for me. I can't believe my ears when people say Skyrim looks horrible even on high settings. To me, it looks freaking amazing.
  4. I actually think followers are really nicely done. I don't really use them much, except for the dog, though. Besides, in my opinion Skyrim's biggest weakness is the UI. It's a complete monster.
  5. I don't really like using horses, they just tend to get in my way. Finding paths is much easier too. But I don't think they're useless. They're really nice and it's better to have them in the game than to not have them at all. :) They're more useless than in Oblivion, though.
  6. In my opinion, elves are better in Skyrim than in Oblivion. For example, in Oblivion dark elves, or any elves, actually, didn't have that mystical look. They didn't have the bad-assness that I thought they would. Thoronir is a good example of this. It's also nice that for a change, elves are more than just humans with pointy ears. I think that the elves are just right, even if most disagree. :)
  7. Sucks for you, when I was younger the game stores didn't even care how old you where. I bought GTA 3 when I was 15. I guess so. It's not that big of a problem, though. I can fairly easily find someone to buy it for me, since my parents probably won't. There are also some small independent video game stores that don't ask your age, it's just that the only one close to me doesn't support PC games.
  8. Where's Ranger? :( That's what I'm going to be. An Imperial, Bosmer or Dunmer Ranger.
  9. Wow. If this was possible, I'd definitely buy Skyrim for the 360. I'm pretty sure it's not, though.
  10. I think it's a good idea. The attributes in Oblivion didn't seem to do anything and there were too much of them anyways. Three different attributes that give you more Fatigue? I'd like to see only three attributes: Strength for close combat and melee, Agility for lighter combat and stealth, and Intelligence for magic. That might make the game too simple, though. Anyways, I trust Bethesda's going to make a good level up -system. They know what they're doing.
  11. I just hope the game will have a random name generator like in LotRO, because I suck at naming my characters.
  12. I've always liked Thieves' Guild the most. I really like sneaking into big palaces and stealing the counts' or countesses' valuables without being seen or having to kill anyone. Murdering people just isn't my thing. Second would probably be Fighters' Guild.
  13. PC of course. I just hope my computer will handle it fine.
