So Just as I thought. The new update has broken my game again! YAY another full week of attempting to get it back and working

I still haven't been able to fix mods. I completely uninstalled FO4 and reinstalled/downloaded. Deleted all mods and re downloaded. Deleted ini files. rechecked and rechecked integrity and still nothing. Also not using F4SE. Please anyone with more modding experience than me, can you help? I know a bunch of people have got it to work again, but none of the things I've read and tried have worked. List of mods I have installed here http://imgur.com/2fnk15d
