So I'm having these weird graphics issues. Lighting flashes and what almost looks like land clipping as I walk. I have a pretty decent system. Direct x 11 uhh AMD Radeon HD 5700 it can be overclocked and all that but I've never f***ed with any of that. It's all factory. I have no mods up and when I do have mods it's usually only the crusader armor mod. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything like 3 times there are no mods up right now.
