  1. Hello! Does anyone know if it's possible to add a new perk tree? I have no idea how the perks work in this game (mechanics wise)
  2. Hello! I was wondering if anyone had any kind of idea on where to start for writing a couple of hygiene scripts. I think i've cracked the values and scripts for the player hygiene however i'd like to know if it's possible to do something similar for clothing. Once again i'm building this as a concept.
  3. Hello! I need someones opinion on something. So if you're a gun nut or just know a lot about them i'd appreciate your help. So on a scale of 1 top 10 (7.5 being around power armor level) I would like to know whereabouts you would place the ammo on that scale based on its penetration. For example - 9x19mm parabellum - 1.5 22LR - 0.5 I know that's probably way off but it's just to demonstrate. For reference 1 to 5 is around Kevlar levels, then 5.5 to 7 is steel and ceramic with 7.5 upwards being power armor. Any help is appreciated and sorry if I explained this horribly I woke up not long ago XD.
  4. Oh thank you. I didn't know it was that easy.
  5. Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me. There are some outfits I want to place in my playthrough and although i'm reasonably skilled in the GECK I am rather hopeless when it comes to mesh editing. Provided it's not too hard nor time consuming to explain I was wondering if someone could give me the basics on how to convert the mesh from type 3 BnB to just the normal type 3 base body as well as what program I would need to use to convert it. I know I could just download the skeleton but in my current playthrough due to the way that I have personally set it up that would cause more problems than just editing the mesh itself.

It's not surprising what people commented. I mean this is the internet the one place where people can let out their inner evil without worrying about the consequences. And they will do exactly that because it's the way people work. I'm not saying everyone does it but most do.
  7. It's not how well they understand modding that made me doubt them. And it's well known that they watch the modding community for idea's for their next game's. The thing that did make me doubt them is how they wanted to take a 50% cut on top of valve's 25% on mods that had custom art assets and being the company that they are then they'd know full well that if said art assets were not implemented into mods for their games then they would be worth far more on 3d model stores. And then not only that but mod's like frost fall they want to take 75% of the money from a man who spent hours upon end perfecting that mod. It's bad business.
  8. I understand. I hate to be a bother but I couldn't turn up a tutorial for converting models to nif file's you wouldn't happen to know of any would you?
  9. Well I came across two other pack's however I haven't tried making nif files yet so i'm a bit weary as to buy them. I can put them in to the geck provided they're already scaled to the size of something in the game. But I haven't even got enough for them yet. Here are the two link's i'm not really sure on the licensee's. http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/maya-wreck-car-pack/709935 http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-model-wreak-car-iii/561169 I would make the models myself however i'm not skilled at creating anything from scratch.
  10. Millenia did this great video here that will teach you a little something about leveled lists it's also useful for if you want to know how to use nif files in the G.E.C.K. and it might give you some information on how to change certain aspects of a mod that you might not like.
  11. Yes or perhaps even something that looks like one of these two. http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-wrecked-car/867407 http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/max-wrecked-car/888617
  12. Hello I would like to request a replacer for all the wrecks around the wasteland with more modernish cars aswell as a different variety ( I think there are only currently two kinds of car wrecks in fallout new vegas ) I want this because I can't find any good wrecked car models to use as a personal replacer and my new vegas is modded to mostly reflect the 1980s - 1990's instead of the decade that fallout lore is set in. Thank you for reading.
