  1. HAAAAA! I GOT IT! How could I miss it so many times. >.< So, after reading my FNIS Generator report, I finally got the sword to work. ---------------------------- This is how you fix it, If you get a warning from FNIS Generator: >>Warning: 2 non-FNIS behavior files in meshes\character\behaviors. They CAN be the cause of Skyrim incompatibility:<< 1hm_behavior.hkx 1hm_locomotion.hkx" Delete both of those animations. If you cant find the character folder in meshes, it's inside actors folder, so to some people, it would be meshes\actors\characters\behaviors.
  2. Yeah, I saw that, too, but adding it to the inventory doesn't do anything. I'm not quite sure. And I also have generated my fnis and updated any mods that are outdated. So you consoled the sword before you picked up the real sword from the corpse? --------------------- I read your other thread. I never did any console cheats and what-nots, and sword still doesn't work.
  3. I don't think ATTK would do any harm, because if that's the case, there would be loads of people who would have noticed it by now. I've checked my skyrim directories and see if there are any problems or unnecessary files hanging around. Still no-avail. I've also deducted that it might be an animation issue, but, still nada. I removed custom animations and it still doesn't work. I've also resurrected my character through console, thinking that I have one of those invisible effects, and still doesn't work, it fixed bound sword CTD though. ---- For now, I just skipped the doorway through TLC because this is really frustrating and almost a waste of time... D=<
  4. Well it could be relevant as something must be overriding it. I tried to uninstall and the similar mods that we have and still doesn't work. It most likely isn't a mod.
  5. This is weird, I still haven't found a fix and I've spent more than a day trying to figure it out. Help us please T_T
  6. Must be a save file glitch. I remember this happening back with Fallout 3 and New Vegas. It usually has to do with the save game bloating. But I'm glad that it is fixed!
  7. Hey TallgeeseIV, I tried to uninstall as much mods as I can that may use scripts, but doing so causes my game to crash at a point. Do you know the script name of the sword or the effect? I figured I may have to look through Dragonborn's bsa files. I dont know what to do from that point on though... I am assuming that the script isn't fully integrating with the sword. =/ is there a way to brute force the script? I have also recently installed the unofficial patches, and none of them are able to fix it. ------------------------ UPDATE: I tried a new game and the bloodskal sword is still broken. I also removed all scripts, and the bloodskal sword is still dysfunctional.

  9. No theories? - have tried to remove certain animations relevant to 2hand weapons, didn't work. - have tried to remove most mods, not all, as it would crash, didn't work. - have tried Unofficial Dragonborn Patch, didn't work. Also, bump! =D P.S.: TLC command works, but that's cheating. D:
  10. Have you tried turning off each addon and texture mods? And just running skyrim as vanilla?
  11. I am not sure whether I should put this topic on this section or on the Mod Troubleshooting section. Okay, I am sure most of everyone has already reached this point in the game, The Bloodskal Barrow. Within it is the Bloodskal Sword, that you use to open a gate. The Bloodskal is suppose to emit a 'slash' to open the the gate. But alas, my sword doesn't, and yes I power swung the sword numerous times, turned off certain mods that I think would conflict, but still no avail. TL:DR; Bloodskal Sword doesnt emit the energy when p-swung.   12. Hey Cherry and everyone, I have problem that I can't seem to troubleshoot and I've read the Q&A. The problem is that I still keep getting the "explosive" body, or expanded - shaped like a diamond - type of problem. I've checked every "smooth" that they are in "2" and made sure I've replaced everything in the mesh that I'm modding with the skin from CHSBHC, of course I've also made sure it also had "Smooth - 2" and it's under "Skin". I've also done the copy pasting and removing the BSlightingShader on all Ninodes. It still persists. Also, I didn't bother making "clothing_0" so I cloned the finished project "clothing_1" as well as "clothing_0". It seems logical that it should work. Anyone have any ideas? thanks.
  13. Hello, Is there any ways to merge two different hairs together? I've tried the "copy/paste block branch" method, but it doesn't seem to load the two hairs together in one mesh. It only loads the first one/original hair. The result is perfect in GECK, however. So, any ideas what's up, or what to do?   14. Hi The problem is that Fallout crashes while speaking to Sink Central Intelligence Unit. It seems to occur when a certain dialogue is about to begin and when I escape the dialogue entirely. I also tried reinstalling OWB, but no avail. Everything else is fine and smooth. Anyone know a remedy for this? Thanks
