The Game didn't want to launch through Frosty even without mods! Here is how I solved it for whoever gets in this situation: 1. Set in properties of MEA exe and Frosty mod man. exe to Run as Admin 2. found this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbzPel4pHnU that links to this substitute game files http://github.com/zeroKilo/MEAExplorerWV/tree/master/AnselSDK64/Release which I replaced 3. Downloaded and used Frosty Fix from here : http://github.com/Dyvinia/FrostyFix/releases 3.1. changed its exe prop to run as admin 3.2. changed (in app) settings to show it where Frosty is installed 3.3 selected MEA , set platform as Global since I downloaded the game from neither platforms 3.4. clicked enable Mods 3.5 launched the game from Frosty Mod Manager and it was finally fixed!!!
