i understand the esp files its just the descriptions on the mods dont give instructions on how to activate rar files thats what confused me. i understand the other things its just this is a curveball hahaha. and its ok to bash the noob i do it all the time lol no worries

how can i make the mod work if its a RAR file? i dl some mods and they are and i move them to the data folder but i cannot activate them through data files. any helP? new to theses forums so go easy on the noob even though i am sure it is a total noob question
