Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how he makes his character look so good. I like his skin tone and I think he even has Makeup.. What does he use? Does he air brush his picture? Kudos to you. Thank you for helping me with this situation. I believe that there was some extra folders just sitting around that I needed to delete. Sure, I did delete OBMM, but I can just re-install. Sometimes when I get, we'll say, "excited" about something like adding mods, I go in without thinking about the consequences. Then, frustration, bargaining, etc. Again, thank you.

And sorry, I got a little ahead of myself and deleted everything that I thought might be a problem. Like OBMM. But anyways, I searched my ENTIRE computer for anything related to Oblivion, and deleted it. Trying to Install again. Will tell you if it works or not.

I use Windows Vista.

Any help will be much appreciated. Ok, I'll try and remember everything, but if you think I have missed anything, please let me know if it is a possibility of doing what I'm about to explain. First, I installed Oblivion. No problems. But after a little while I took the jump to modding. I uninstalled; took off the mods, again, no problems. Then, to organize the mods, I installed the Oblivion Mod Manager. Got a ton of mods, and then, out of the blue, the voices on my game stopped working. Lips would move, and if I turned to a certain angle, I could faintly hear them talk. I tried fixing it by extracting the files (.bsa) on to the desktop. Then I dragged and dropped them into the correct folders overwriting them in the process. I loaded up the game, and it automatically shut down, saying Oblivion stopped working. I uninstalled Oblivion. Now, every time I re-install Oblivion, it has those same exact files waiting for me. I want to go back to the original files, but I have absolutely no idea how to do this. I have deleted pretty much everything, and I hope I won't have to delete my mods as well (they are in WinRar, so I don't think they are harming anything).

Ahh, alright thanks.. It's just I'm following this guide step by step, and yeah I just need a clean restart and I could drag and drop North markers again.

Hey guys, I'm a new modder trying to get use to making things and I am very new at it.. I am using this Beginners guide to help me mod and I have come to a stop because of the Northmarkers.. I have started making my basement and by that I had to delete everything. So when I started making the basement and putting the finishing touches on it. (by adding the northmarker) So I clicked on it, and what happend was.. Nothing.. It didn't show up or anything.. I know have I markers enabled.. So that isnt the problem.. I have tried adding the Northmarker and nothing is working.. Please help, I tried looking on Google.com to see if anyone else has this problem.. It seems I'm the only moron who has encountered this.. Haha.. Thanks.

Is there such a mod where I can change my race, face, tone, gender, and hair in a existing character without reseting my stats and skills? I know in console commands you can type "showracemenu" but it isn't helpful if it constantly resets my stats and skills. If you could send me the link of such mod that would be most helpful Thanks, Psycho Icon.

So the file folder that the mod is in blocks it? Do I put the file folder named Textures and meshes in data or do I take the actual files out? EDIT: OMG THANKS SO MUCH MAN KUDOS TO YOU!

Alright guys I have a problem here I have been downloading some modded clothing such as ArmamentariumStaffs tona_whitesquall-armor Apachii_Goddess_Store Gizmodian_Sorceress_Outfits Lera's ValantineOutfit Retma Dresses Alright this is just some of the clothing I have picked out; see what happens is I put the rar file into Oblivion/data then click exract here. It downloads the file. Then I find the folder of the file I just download in Oblivion/data and then find the esp file once I do, I copy and then paste the esp file in the data folder leaving the entire clothing mod folder untouched. I go to Oblivion shortcut and then click on data files click the check mark and load the game up. When I get there the clothing is there (for Gizmodian sorceress I had to type coc.testinghall or something like that and it wouldn't take me there) its all invisible I just dont understand.. I thought I did everything right (I am a noob as well so be fair) PLEASE HELP! Kudos to those who do! :D EDIT: I also copy the files in Oblivion/omm/mod file as well just in case.

Hey guys, I was on here yesterday and I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem.. Clearly I am new to the whole modding in Oblivion, I have the vanilla for the 360. Alright so heres my problem I can't seem to download any body mod.. Not one of them will work for me I just dont understand what I am doing wrong all I wanna do is wear some awesome clothes; I can't do that with out the body mods right? (There are some clothes that worked that dont require a body mod) Here is the ways I do it First: Download both copys (if possible) Manual or OMM. Second: I go into program files, and run as admin (have vista) on either 7 zip or Winrar. Third: I find the file in 7 zip or Winrar and click "exract here" Fourth: I go to C:Programfiles/Bethsda/Oblivion/data (and exract the file there) Fifth: I go to Oblivion shortcut and click on data files (the file is not there) Sixth: I leave the extracted files in Oblivion/data and then copy the files in Oblivion/omm/mods (I made my own file called mods) Seventh: Then I run as admin on OMM, and out of all the body mods I have tried only Exnem has showed on the OMM download list so I proceed to download the file it doesn't appear in Oblivion shortcuts data nor does it appear in the checkmark list in OMM it just stays in the download list in OMM Eighth: I run both the lancher Oblivion shortcut or OMM lancher the Exnem body mods arent there because Apachii goddess store tells me that I am missing a mesh (which I am guessing is the body mod) Now for me I dont usually play PC games so I could look like an idiot.. But I think I did everything right.. I just dont understand. Alright, I downloaded everything that you guys said.. Manual load, and Auto load. It just doesn't wanna work for.. So.. Annoying. I just dont know what to do....................

Okay, so I get HGEC, Exnem mod, and the texture? And load them all? Also, I tryed to get that LOD textures or whatever.. It didn't work.. And was wondering if there was one Graphics texture mod that was better?

I am give me 10 minutes and I will have Oblivion reinstalled.. Including the textures since I'm going to start all my mods all over again what should I get? I know I am going to try and get Rens, Apachii, Body mod (Exnem), and that texture pack is downloading right now..
