Well, the excution move is very similar to skyrim, thats the only reason why i think its skyrim really, did a little check i think deadly reflex cann't do the same excution move on the picture, (can it?) as for the texture and resolution, maybe the graphical setting is on low? and this picture is not really on some high resolution, anyway this is my opinion, please share your thoughts, even if its not Skyrim, still wanna know what game is it :D
