I've actually thought something similar. the starting bear armor with the undershirt of starting cat, along with a slightly shorter skirt (down to the mid shin instead of ankle). never moded anything but im trying to figure it out.

so im trying to uncook the file but when I type the "wcc_lite uncook" it says it doesnt recognize the 'wcc_lite' cmd. any ideas on what i did wrong?

So I want to create my own mods, specifically changing models and textures. I was just wondering if the Mod-Kit 1.3 is still a good mod tool or if it is out of date?
