i have a mod that allows 2 perks to be chosen every lvl up, i choose one perk basically at lvl 17 and it crashed but didnt close, mostly when i chose the second perk. it happened first when i was at evergreen mills and chose a couple mod perks so i went to rivet city and it did it again. i even tried choosing vanilla game perks instead of modded ones. at rivet city i still got sound when the game froze/crashed. the only way i can get back to my desktop is using the task manager. i use fomm and loot to sort my mods. the game has worked fine until now with only a few lost frames which im not really bothered by. here is my load order. any help at all would be appreciated. i recently tried adding a totally different mod list (see below) i was getting a hud error from project nevada when using vortex, i went back to fomm and still got the message, now im not getting it anymore instead my game is loading the intro but skipping the main menu and showing a black screen behind the hud (health, AP, compass etc). my game continues to show all dlc loading in. i've also tried using loot and boss. No same save with the previous mod list. I've kinda come to the conclusion that it's the stutter remover I added. Deleting it lets the game run without crashing but with a lot of stutter.

So I've reduced my mod list by quite a bit. Got a new merged patch for the weapon mods. I'm still getting the same random crashes after about 5-15 minutes of play. The game either freezes with sound and closes or freezes with sound and forces me to sign out or restart my pc. Here's my new list.
