I have but that still does not fix the fact that right clicking and choosing to extract as is does not work for me neither, regardless of something being an application or mod.

As title. Vortex and Games (Steam) are located on my D:\ I download a mod or mods and it has no issues doing that but clicking the install button results in nothing happening. I am currently trying to install the Fallout 4 London Mod. Right clicking and choosing to install does nothing, right clicking and choosing to unpack also does nothing. I cannot install the extension because it needs fallout to be downgraded.

I have been playing on this game since it was released and returned today to PC. The current save file is 2017 and thats the tutorial, a tutorial I no longer wish to see. I looked for a tutorial remove mod and found 1 but it no longer works and hasnt for a few game updates now it seems. Is there an alternative way to remove the tutorial?
