The title says it all.

So a few days ago i reinstalled Skyrim because i believed that that would fix my crashing problem. Everything worked fine for a few hours until it started crashing every 10-20 seconds. My specs are : ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series 1 gb Amd Athlon 64 X2 2,8 ghz 4gb of RAM Please help me because i really enjoyed this game untill now when it started being unplayable.

dual wielding and areas to be open like Morrowind

I've been having problem with these "blue dots" that keep appearing all over my screen. They appear for a second, and then they disappear. and they're terribly annoying.
