Even though there are good unique items such as YCS , Mercy, and All American, there are unique items which are way too useless. I hope to give reason to use such "Under Dogs" by improving them but rather than simply change their stats, I would like to grant hidden perk to give out more "Unique Feeling". I have some of ideas, but I would like to get more ideas from u folks and I need your help. So, which unique items do you think qualify for "Under Dogs" and what would be good perk idea for them?
