Hey, this is a problem I keep finding all over the net, and one I've been trying to solve for about a week now. What is happening is that my settings for Fallout 4 will not change from the default high quality settings. I have uninstalled / reinstalled the game many times. I've made the ini files under documents set to not "read-only". I've tried running the game and launcher both as admin but nothing seems to work. If anyone could help me with this issue I'd be very appreciative.
