Someone needs to make a festive Christmas Skyrim mod that turns every town into a holiday town and adds a few outfits and quests that works in VR and SE

sorry the psvr2 on pc is still new to me so idk hope you figured it out by now

I go around in Skyrim and npcs stop me and say weird things like "trees" when I dont even interact with them. What mod would be doing this?
