Hello! My New Vegas game is all screwed up in a way I can't figure out how to fix. There's the dreaded red ! everywhere and I can't figure out what mod or mods is causing it. Would really really appreciate some help. Already tried reinstalling, starting a new game, reinstalling NVSE, and the 4 GB patch Mod list attached Thanks in advance!

For some reason I've been having a problem with the female player model. Around the crotch area of her there's a horribly designed and textured 'underwear' independent of her actual outfit. I can't figure out what mod is casuing it, as I have no body mods besides Type3 bodies, and this problem predates this mod. Anybody got what's causing this, or a solution to this problem?
