Okay, I've tried using Wrye Bash and now my game's crashing every time it gets to the main menu. I've used LOOT and TES5Edit to try and fix it, but they didn't work. What's going on here?

Not exactly what you're looking for, but Frostfall and Realistic Needs and Diseases would enhance the whole survival theme you're going for here. Don't know if compatible with the Bedrolls and Camping mods, though.
Cloaks of Skyrim and/or Winter is coming, and the Wet and Cold mods also recommended.

What about bucklers, the heavy armory, and throwing weapons, are the items in them included in some of the other mods?

You know what you just did for the WInter is Coming cloaks? Do the same for the Cloaks of Skyrim plugins. Same deal - each plugin has a copy of the crafting recipes, so you've got multiple copies of each item showing up in your crafting lists. Also, make sure you're using the CCO version, which can be found under CCO's optional files. Otherwise you'll likely still see multiple crafting recipes.
Both the Jaysus Swords (JSwords) and Bandoliers and Pouches (Dr_Bandolier) plugins are distributed by CCO. You'll need to leave them installed so it has use of their meshes and textures, but it distributes them in the world itself. Same goes for the Bosmer armour, which is included in Immersive Armors v7.1. Again, this is probably cluttering your crafting menus considerably.
Instead of all the crossbow mods you've got, I would suggest using NPO Crossbows, which combines the mods you're using now and rebalances them against each other and their bow counterparts. All in one plugin from an author with a meticulous process and attention to detail.
I imagine you can remove a number of the FasterArrows plugins - again to minimise redundancy - though I could be mistaken.
That's all I see after a quick scan. You'll probably want to download Wrye Bash and create a bashed patch, as well, to combine your leveled lists. That will probably go miles towards making NPC inventories make a heck of a lot more sense.
Just for the record, you mean I need Jaysus Swords and Bandoliers and Pouches installed, but I don't need them enabled, right?

Okay, sorry for the double post, but I needed to bump this.
Okay, this game played for a few minutes without problem, but now it crashes after a few minutes, crashes after opening a container, or just gets stuck on a loading screen (not freezing, just taking forever to load, although I think it may have more to do with the number of mods than anything else). I hope you did some testing with each mod before installing 254 mods :tongue: I'm not familiar with all the mods you have in that load order but I do see you have Skyre just make sure you have installed all the compatibility patches for your mods to work with Skyre. Also I had a few ctds when useing Skyre before I got the unofficial Skyre patch and the and the Skyre magicsneak script fix witch can be found... Other than that all I can say is keep an eye out for problems. Good luck hope this helps a little!
Edit: Oh and also I would not pick the breezehome owner option with Live another life when you are useing a breezehome mod I found that out the hard way. Game kept crashing when I tryed to start the game in the home.
I made sure the mods didn't overlap (unless they were made to patch or otherwise expand other mods), so here's hoping. And thanks for the advice, I'll ditch the penthouse mod ASAP.

I've managed to select a few item, weapon, and armor mods, but right now I'm stuck on perks and skills. Which of the following perks would you guys recommend?
Dark Uncle's Tweaks -- Expanded Perks

If you like wearbale lantern you should try "immersive NPCs in the Dark" (essentialy WL for NPCs) and maybe LOHS? :wink:
Maybe Frostfall if you want the survival feeling + iNeed + Wet and Cold (if you want)
I think you need a map mod if im not mistaken? "A quality worldmap with roads" is the most popular but i like Warburgs paper map better
In my defense, I prefer to footslog it, and I'm not quite ready for that level of immersion...yet.

Okay, I've played my modded Skyrim game and, while it's good as is, I'm wondering what other mods I could add without screwing things up.
I'm going to need some help here. I've attached a copy of my current mod load-out and a (somewhat long) list of mods that have piqued my interest.
I'm aware that I may have mods in that list that would conflict with, or are identical to other mods, but that's also part of why I'm asking for help, to try to determine which of those duplicate mods is the best for my game.

My copy of Skyrim (plus official DLCs) was working perfectly before I added some mods to it, now it's crashing every time it loads up the main menu. I don't know if the mods are conflicting, if something's been overridden, or if I got the mod order wrong. I have the lord order attached, so could someone tell me what's wrong?
Yes, I've used LOOT, but I'm still getting the same results.

I'm getting a new, more powerful computer in a couple of days, along with a copy of Skyrim plus the DLCs, and I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for mod packs I could use?I'm pretty much trying to pack as much into the game as possible: new items, new NPCs, new creatures, new locations (new lands even), new mounts, new quests, increased immersion, better looking character textures and meshes, new races, everything short of total conversion without straying to far from the Elder Scrolls lore (and maybe one or two of the more adult mods). I know of GEMS and STEP, but what else is there?
Yes, I do love variety, let's get that out of the way.

Okay, I've tried playing Morrowind (with both Tribunal and Bloodmoon installed) with the mods in the .txt file attached to this post, but I seem to be missing files, which mean either something needs to be installed and/or something was overwritten.
Of the mods I have, which of them can I have on at the same time, which need additional mods in order to work, what order do the mods need to be in, and what other mods could I add to further improve my game experience?

I don't want my character or the game's NPCs to be going around without underwear, but I still like to have the option of going nude if and when I want. Are there any mods that A) are compatible with Better Bodies, Better Beasts, and Better Clothes, and B) Has wearable underwear that you really can wear under your clothes.
Question about mod quality and compatibility.
