  1. Hmmm... Could I get a white version of the Rogue Mage and Scoundrel armors found here?
  2. My solution to this same problem wasn't a mod. I just saved a game right at the exit and started using that final gate to make any edits for the new character (race, class, birthsign) and just saved it as a new file before I exited the sewer. EDIT: BUT... to be more helpful, here's some stuff that's already a lot like what you're describing, while maintaining a minimal impact on the actual gameplay afterward. Alternative Start v1.3 "This mod starts your character out just outside of Leyawiin. He is a wanderer who has finally found a land he can start over in. This version starts the game off with a charGen box and with the mainQuest started off." Alternative Start Arrive by Ship "This mod makes it so that instead of starting in the Imperial Prison like a common criminal, and having to do the tutorial, you start in your cabin aboard a ship." Player Starts Elsewhere "After watching - or skipping! - the intro cinematic, you shouldn't end up in the default prison cell, but in a farmhouse in the middle of nowhere, where you'll pick your race and class as usual." Start Choices It's probably better you read this one thoroughly before considering it.
  3. I saw this post and remembered that I had seen that chest in my game before... It became unsettling when I couldn't remember what mod had added it (the stuff contained in the box wasn't of much interest to me, so it's not surprising I forgot where it came from). So I loaded a game, went in and quicksaved in front of the box and just started deactivating mods, loading, quitting, and repeating until I figured out which .esp file was responsible for the chest. After two hours of investigation, it turns out that CTAddPose_bondage_sex.esp was the culprit, which I THINK is part of the Oblivion Pose Pack and Erotic Oblivion Pose Pack mod. I'm fairly sure that somewhere along the line someone posted some sort of update for the pose pack, but I haven't found it since then and I COULD be wrong. [EDIT] Guess someone beat me to the answer while I was typing and found what I could not. Props for the good detective work, godisnowhere. ;)
  4. I actually like this idea as was originally posted as well. I would love to see some quest mods that incorporate the simple idea of "escort this person from point A to point B and ensure they don't die in the process". Yeah, I'm going to second this request - this would be a fun mod for as simple as the idea is.
  5. HeX_0ff's Unnecessary Violence mod had an interesting way of dealing with some first- versus third-person animation issues for his combat overhaul that he called a "Fake First Person" camera mode. I've done a pretty thorough search of the Nexus looking for this idea as a standalone mod but haven't found it. In a way, I'm kind of glad I didn't find one because I'm hoping someone will be able to recreate this idea with a few simple modifications on the original. Really, all I'm looking for is a hotkey toggle-able FFP mode without the nullification of the rest of the body. It's apparently possible to match the mode to a hotkey (HeX_0ff essentially already mapped the hotkey to the sheath/unsheath weapon command, but being able to choose the hotkey would be nice, too). The final product would essentially just lock the camera "as close as the engine will allow behind your head" with the press of a chosen hotkey and unlock the camera on a second press. I understand there's a few mods out there that "replace first-person animations with third-person animations" but that's not quite what I'm looking for. The purpose I'm hoping this potential mod will serve is to retain a realistic first-person view of poses and scripted animations (like those found in various pose packs and dance mods as well as some animation replacers that don't include first-person versions like KTSN's Stylized Stances) and situations where you're forced into third-person mode (like when you get paralyzed or knocked down) without comprimising the original first-person view or being forced to watch them from a third-person perspective. And thank you for even taking the time to read this and thank you even more if you consider making this mod, I really do appreciate the time.
