Tell me, what if i want to make a brand new sound instead of editing an existing one? i want to make my weapon sound unique

hi i have in mind to make a replacement for the critical strike sound i'd like to put a sound like the good the ugly and the bad theme's flute, when you pull a crit to an opponent where can i find a list of the filenames or the name of the file i need? thanks guys
