can i move the esm manually, or do i have to use Boss? I could never get it running for fallout 3, just new vegas.

Does FOOK mess with the dlc stuff? this is my first time using it

I got a new pc. Installed the goty edition from steam. Got it running on windows 8. Installed FOSE. I am not getting the messages for the dlc. None of the locations (the boat for example) are in the game. the dlcs are all checked in the launcher, and checked in nexus mod manager. All of the files (bsa and esm) are in my data folder. I am honestly stumped. I have tried everything I have seen, nothing worked. I dont understand

Is skyrim's Armed to the Teeth mod possible in Fallout 3 or New Vegas. I don't really know the limitations of the engines. If anyone could enlighten me, it would be much appreciated.

Could some one take the helmet of the radiation suits, and change it to a gas mask? It would also be awesome if it has a slightly higher Damage Rating (around 10 or so). I would do it myself, but I am a complete idiot when it comes to modding

I recently made a clean install of FO3, somehow toggle aim has been turned on for any weapon with a scope. I have looked around and cannot find a setting that changed this. Are there any fixes?

I installed a few animation mods, none having to do with a bow. Now my bow is stuck on the ground between my feet in third person. I uninstalled the mods, and this still happens. Any ideas how to fix this?
