    Hello Is it possible to Mod the Crew of the ship. Can you change armor or stats for certain crew? I can not find any answer to this question. Thank you guys for any response provided.

    Hello All I am trying to mod Bannerlord Eagle Rising. I want to edit all the Mercenary troops by coping from: Modules\SandBoxCore\spnpccharactertemplates.xml Then past them in the Mod file by editing Eagle Rising XML: empire_troops.xml So I have gone into the Eagle rising mod folder and using his Empire Troop XML I tride to Past the new Mercenary equipment load out in empire_troops.xml. BUT for some reason the game will not register any of the changes and the hidden hand stays the same. Any Ideas? Thank you for any help.

    How do you change the appearance of the castles without crashing the game My steps C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBox\ModuleData Mod - Settlements.xml (with Notepad ++) THEN I CRASH MY GAME with any changes to the document. To be clear I want to Change the look of the castles outside and inside. Please help, Thank you.

    Hello I can not find the tools required to mod Mount and Blade Bannerlord. Can anyone inform me as to what tools are needed? Also a quick tutorial if available? All i want to mod is the appearance of troops, such as change armor for all factions. PLEASE HELP!

    Hello I would like to ask if you think it would be possible to mod the crew. Request: Liam : Heavy initiative reccE armor (instead of motor bike leathers) Vectra: make her armor Initiative crew colors. Jaarl: make his armor initiative colors and remove blanket. Think this would be possible?

    hello I am using the Greek Armor mod and I want to place the armor on the HouseCarls. I have taken the below steps. a. Duplicate/Rename the armor in the mod. Duplicate the ArmorAA in the mod. b. Crate the outfit using the modded armor and attached it to the house Carl. c. Previewed the armor on the character and all the armor showed on the NPC without issue. Once I log into the game the character/NPC is naked. I have no idea how to make the armor attach to the NPC I can create a character with the armor and in the mod I can preview the NPC and he is fine but in the game they are naked. Any help would be appreciated.

    I just wanted to make minor changes such as changing the first warden helmet schematic to the warden helmet without wings. I also wanted to change the inquisition foot soldier armor to the warden armor but if modding tools permit change the symbol in on the chest to the iqusition. Think this will be possible they are small mods.

    As soon as they make a user friendly tool it would just be a matter of swapping textures, say turn all spiders into darkspawn.

    Yah I made a mistake on my character and can't change it. My toons lips are white 8( I am also going to try and swap out some meshes and textures once I look at the tools. I want to make the inquisition soldier armour look like the Greg wardens.
