Is anyone else having issues with SSEDIT Quick Auto Clean this year? I notice that whenever I use it to clean out/get rid of warnings or messy records, it messes up the ability to play the game and results in game crashing after pressing a save game. I never had this issue before until updating to Windows 11... so I don't know if this is a Windows 11 thing. I then go into steam to verify the integrity of the files and of course since SSEEDIT cleaned up the issues it had picked up, Steam will add them all back since cleaning them causes the integrity check to fail. Even after doing that and deciding to launch the game without using SSEEDIT, the game still crashes when selecting a save to resume playing. I am currently in the process of reinstalling Skyrim altogether and starting fresh again. Will see if not using SSEEDIT Auto Clean will keep the game functional. Kind of sucks if this is the case though.. cause that means after installing mods I can't use SSEEDIT to get rid of the uneeded records. I'll just have to play with a bunch of unneeded junk that SSEEDIT was designed to get rid of. Or maybe I can just see if I can get my computer back to running with Windows 10.
Edit: An added thought is maybe it has to do with the newest version of Skyrim AE + the fact that WIndows 11 made changes to the way File Explorer works.
