when i wanted to play fallout 3;i didn't remembered how to unistall oblivion so i just deleted the data folder and what was outside of it.now i can't install oblivion.someone can help?

you can say what level is you character.my character was in level 30;but i re-installed fallout 3 and my character is in level 3.

you can tell what race your character is;story about him or post images of him. i just started to play fallout 3 so i have alien hybrid character.he exit the vault and visited a few places.
