hi guys im looking for a mod that amps up the difficulity, other then the lame vanila settings of just lowering your dmg and raising the enemey's dmg. hoping for replies :)

i am about to start fresh with a new char soon, and i was thinking about getting a mod that raises the difficulty to a more realistic level, since i dont wanna use the vanila settings because they just lower your dmg to the enemys, and i dont want to head shot a raider 20 times to kill it if you see what i mean... so is there such a mod out there that raises the difficulty without lowering my dmg to enemys?
