      If by Samurai, you mean someone with a deeply ingrained code of honor and a passionate sense of duty, who doesn't flinch from fighting for who and what he feels is morally right, then the answer is yes, you found a local Samurai - one who prefers to wield a flowing pen rather than a bloody sword.
