I honestly wanna use my empty alt/secondary skill slots for spells. XD

I was wondering, could it be possible to swap weapon/vocation skills from a certain vocation to work for let's say... a warrior? Also would it also be possible to use the warrior's alt/secondary skill slots to put in additional skills? These are some requests I've wanted right before this game was released for pc. T_T
