Well considering someone managed to get the entire Fallout 3 world into NV I assume it could be possible, but you would need the original dlc's for it to work. -

Looking at the pictures I didn't even notice the armor was different than the original BoS armor, I suggest you make it easier to tell the differences between the two. -
Couldn't you just make it so the player takes damage if he goes to far out? Like "the ocean is irradiated" or something like that.
